What is a compatible cartridge?
Compatible inkjet and toner cartridges for your printers, copiers and fax machines are brand new cartridges with mostly brand new parts that are not manufactured by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) but by other certified producers. Our compatible cartridges offer the same print quality of a genuine and have the same standards.
What is a remanufactured cartridge?
A remanufactured cartridge is a recycled OEM cartridge. These cartridges have already been used and sent to a remanufacturing company that specializes in ink products. There they are cleaned, repaired, professionally refilled, and repackaged to be resold. All remanufactured cartridges go through very thorough testing before they are repackaged and sold. So we guarantee that our remanufactured products give you they same quality as an OEM cartridge.
What is an OEM cartridge?
OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer." These cartridges are the same brand (HP, Dell, Lexmark, Canon, Epson, etc.) as the cartridge that came with your printer.
What ink and toner brands to you carry?
We offer a compatible or remanufactured ink or toner product for most brand name printers - HP, Dell, Lexmark, Canon, Epson, Panasonic and other popular brands.
If I use compatible supplies will it void my manufacturer warranty?
Many consumers question whether the use of compatible or aftermarket printing supplies will void their printer's warranty. The answer is no. Simply put, this means that your printer warranty cannot be voided just because you choose to use compatible products unless the manufacturer can prove that the compatible product caused direct damage to your printer. In cases such as this, the manufacturer may choose not to repair your printer but your warranty would remain in effect for all other warranty issues.

Will the yield on a compatible or remanufactured cartridge be the same as an OEM?
All our premium quality ink and toner products are guaranteed to provide the same or better yield than the OEM products. We even offer some high-yield toner cartridges that offer more prints per cartridge than the OEM models.
What if the product I purchased does not perform as I expected?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all the products. If you are not happy with the performance of any inkjet or toner product, simply contact us for a refund or replacement - it's your choice.
Digital Image Enlargements
What formats do you accept?
We accept images in .tif or.jpg format. We can scan some photos, however we would need to see the original image before we can determine if it can be reproduced.
What is the largest print I can get?
We can print up to a 16" x 20" image.
Will the prints fade?
All image enlargements are printed on premium quality archival paper or canvas using colorfast pigment inks rated to be fade-resistant for over 100+ years.
How long does it take to get my prints?
Our turnaround time is 4-5 business days from the time we receive your acceptable formatted image.
Barcode Decals
Is there a setup fee?
No. We do not charge a setup fee for any barcode decal order. Decal cost is determined by the actual size.
How long are the decals guaranteed?
With proper application, our decals come with a two-year warranty. See our decal placement sheet for instructions regarding proper application.
Can I get a logo on the decal?
Custom decal design service is available, making it easy to buy decals with special recognition features such as community or company name or logo. If you have an idea for customizing your decals contact us for more information. There is no extra charge for the setup.
What barcode readers will these decals work with?
Kwixar can produce decals for use with existing readers from various manufacturers. Some of these include: Accu-Soft, AFC, AMTEL, BAI, ISI, and LazerData.
Is there a minimum order?
Because the barcode decals are printed to order, the minimum quantity is 100, and in multiples of 100.
How long will my order take?
Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days. If you are adding any custom images, the turnaround time begins once the artwork is approved.

At the present time we only ship within the continental United States.
